What are the structural problems of imported bearing damage?

From the analysis of the damage of imported bearings, it is found that the structure has the following problems:

1. What’s wrong with the sealing? In particular, some bearing end caps need lubricant to penetrate. When the lubricant pH value is lower than 6, the bearing will be corroded quickly and the steel balls will not be able to rotate normally. Eventually, the imported bearing will rust and run away from the inner and outer rings, which is more serious. The glue itself and the mandrel are all damaged.

2. The problem of axial force of imported bearings. In addition to being rusted and damaged due to lubricant intrusion, the bearings will also become "loose", that is, the bearing steel balls will fall from the "flower basket" onto the rollers, causing the printing plate roller, eraser roller, glue, etc. The surface layer is severely damaged.

Common solutions include: changing the glue itself and setting up a reliable sealing structure to prevent lubricant from penetrating into the bearing. Adjust the imported bearings so that the bearings have appropriate backlash and axial force to prevent damage to mechanical equipment caused by loose bearings.
